GuestPass is a real-time visitor access product — secure validation, workflow automation, and a usable interface for property teams and guests when manual or disconnected check-in breaks down.

Challenge

Visitor access fails when validation is slow, manual, or disconnected from the rest of the property stack.

Solution

Built GuestPass end to end as a full-stack product: NestJS backend and REST APIs, React frontend, secure access validation, real-time visitor workflows, and workflow automation.
